The Shift Supervisor oversees operations functions to ensure compliance with all company, industry, quality management programs and food safety systems, such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), SPC (Statistical Process Control), and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) in support of the plants Quality Assurance department.
Develop and maintain clear objectives for each position within the department. Monitor KPIs for each position while fostering a safe working environment. Provide training and coaching which will allow each associate to perform at their best and deliver results in a continuous improvement environment.
