This position has responsibility to support and independently address general IT requests in support of day-to-day business function working under the direction of the Senior Technology Officer.


  • Supports installation/upgrades, and troubleshooting
  • Provides end-user support for business applications
  • Analyzes end user hardware and software computer problems
  • Supports IT hardware and software in Production environments
  • Supports General PC and printer issues
  • Provides first level support for local LAN and WAN issues
  • Provides support for business mobile devices
  • Documents network devices and assets
  • Documents methods and techniques of both repetitive and non-repetitive tasks
  • Creates /maintains documentation
  • Performs/completes special projects as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Associates Degree or technical school diploma in relevant discipline
  • Minimum (3) three years demonstrated working technical knowledge of network and PC operation systems, including Windows Server Environments
  • MCSE or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Office Suite and Server Environments
  • Ability to multi-task and resolve support problems in a timely manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem resolving skills.
  • Ability to be detail-oriented and possess good time management, organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently
