This position has responsibility to support, manage and execute IT project content to include projects with company-wide impact and/or significant financial impact working under the direction of the Senior Technology Officer.


  1. Work closely with IT leadership on initiatives and strategy.
  2. Engage IT vendors for existing site services.
  3. Oversee existing IT Projects related to infrastructure.
  4. Manage site software licensing, warranty and support agreements
  5. Manage technical support services related to infrastructure.
  6. Ensure IT systems re well maintained and operate reliably.
  7. Responsible for patch manage for all IT systems and IT infrastructure.
  8. Build/configure/troubleshoot hardware/software enhancements, application deployments and infrastructure upgrades.
  9. Maintain IT procedures and documentation related to businesses processes.
  10. Support of Apps and Hardware to include such as Microsoft Exchange/VMWare/Quantum, Nimble and EMC Storage.
  11. Manage cisco switch network.
  12. Work closely with business functional groups.
  13. Other duties as assigned.



  • Computer Science Degree or Technical Degree and minimum (5) years of experience performing similar duties; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector

  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies



  • Demonstrated high-level client-facing and internal communication skills (Internal clients such as Managers, Directors, etc.)
  • Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of business applications (that apply to site).
  • Ability to recognize problems or situations that are new or without clear precedent.
  • Ability to evaluate alternatives and finds solutions using a systematic, multi-step approach.
