The Accounting Manager will oversee the transaction processing arm of our finance department, be responsible for monitoring general accounting practices, developing internal accounting controls, overseeing month end closing process, reporting, and analysis, and supervising the team. The position will report directly to the Controller and play an instrumental role in the financial future of the company.


  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure that there is a process backup in place for every critical operation
  • Ensure timely and accurate month end closing process
  • Oversee projects, accounts payable and billing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client and vendor contracts
  • Produce monthly, quarterly and annual accounting reports for the management and executive teams
  • Oversee the cash management/treasury function
  • Supervise the general accounting team


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • 2 - 3 years minimum experience in Public Accounting required
  • 4+ years’ experience in an accounting leadership role
  • Exceptional leadership abilities
  • Strong financial reporting and analysis skills
  • Public accounting experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to successfully work across all levels of fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle varying workloads and personalities
  • Organized and detail oriented with ability to multi-task
  • Flexibility and general willingness to learn
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Ability to understand when to escalate issues to senior leadership team
