    The Warehouse Operations Manager will plan, organize, direct and provide oversight for a multi-facility warehouse operation.  He/ She will convert departmental objectives into achievable tasks at the execution level and set warehouse/logistics performance standards that align the organization to achieve standards. The Warehouse Operations Manager will develop, implement and execute a best in class operation.




    • Oversees inventory management, shipping and receiving, raw material management and production line support for Las Vegas Facility operations.
    • Demonstrate Leadership through coaching/mentoring and developing staff.
    • Leads Warehouse processes through consistent product availability and warehouse productivity, and cost reduction while consistently meeting and exceeding quality assurance standards.
    • Proven track record of building and executing strategic plans.
    • Develops warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures; developing processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, and shipping.
    • Develops and implements warehouse operations system improvements, leads continuous improvement projects as assigned, analyzing process work flow, manning and space requirements.
    • Responsible for effectively achieving KPI targets.
    • Oversees Warehouse Management System and is responsible for inventory accuracies on finished goods and raw materials.
    • Meet and/or exceed plant budgeted standards.
    • Works cross functionally with other departments company-wide, including Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales and Customer Service.
    • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
    • Ensures compliance with all GMP and housekeeping standards.


    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Minimum (5) years of experience in warehouse management with working knowledge of warehouse operations, manufacturing, transportation, or supply chain planning
    • Experience in consumer package products or similar industry strongly preferred
    • Experience using a WMS and/or ERP
    • Demonstrates strong interpersonal leadership skills. 
    • Ability to speak confidently and work effectively with both warehouse staff and senior business stake holders.
    • Strong verbal/written communication skills
    • Strong technical, problem solving, planning and process skills
    • Experience with Continuous Improvement (i.e. Lean Six Sigma Certification) is a plus.
    • Must be an effective change agent.
