    Lead the daily planning and execution of tasks for the warehouse team. 

    Warehouse experience with increasing responsibilities



    • Plan and coordinate daily work flow and position staff where needed to support Receiving, Shipping, Production, Storage and Inventory Control.
    • Perform consistent coaching and provide feedback when necessary.
    • Conduct Daily Huddle Meetings
    • Perform & document GEMA walks to inspect stacking of inventory, identify potential safety concerns.
    • Must be a role model and ensure that he or she is setting proper examples for his or her team members to follow
    • Understand and enforce material storage requirements such as temperature control, FIFO, Allergen and Organic handling.
    • Oversee operations of outside warehouse – Engineers Way
    • Must have knowledge of SL system
    • Strong, proven front line leadership skills to lead a group of people and prioritize workload to meet goals
    • Must be a demonstrated team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Ensure cycle counting is conducted and inventory is accurate.
    • Ensure orders are received and shipped accurately.
    • Help train and enforce GMP policies.
    • Open to working any shift as well as overtime on weekends as needed
    • Ability to engage others and collaborate to find the best solutions
    • Willing to embrace change and continuous improvements



    • High School Diploma/GED.
    • 3-5 years of experience leading people.
    • At least 1-year experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment.


    • Must have good written and oral communication skills.
    • Forklift certified/ability to become certified by Chelten House.
    • Safety oriented, attention to detail, professional and ability to build positive relationships with your peers.
    • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and have a sense of urgency for "hot" issues.
